LLC sublayer IEEE defines three types of services for transfer at data PDUs between Link SAPs of source and destination LLC s.
Type 1✍️ services:-
                   These are unacknowlegment connectionless -mode service as no connection is established between the LLC sublayer of peers. The PDUs exchanged are not acknowledged. It useful in applications where it is not essential to guarantee the delivery of every data link layer PDUs.
Type 2✍️ services:-
                   Connection mode a data link connection has to be established between two LLCs prior to nay exchange of data PDUs .It service is used by Microsoft NetBIOS protocol.
Type 3✍️ services:-
                  Acknowledged connectionless -mode service. The PDUs in this mode of services are exchanged between LLC entities without the need for the establishment of a data link connection.It doesn't establish a connection but only acknowledges the frame reception.
